4. What we do with them

Your personal data is processed within My Angels, Inc company located in the United States. Hosting and storing your data take place on eApps servers which is hosted in the United States. We implemented appropriate safeguards in order to protect your personal data by signing a Standard Contractual Clause with eApps. Your personal data for browsing history is transmitted to our partners described in the cookies policy, which act as joint controllers. If you purchase different services on our website, you will be redirected for payment on our payment gateways partners’ websites who act as data controllers. We do not process your payment details. Your personal data could be shared with companies who act as a data processors for us providing maintenance for our website.

5. How long do we keep personal data

Your account data will be retained for three years since your last login on the platform under the legitimate interest of MyAngels, INC to maintain your account in case of inactivity. After three years the data will be destroyed. Data from fiscal transactions (invoices, contracts) will be retained as long as the United States Law require. User activity, user messages and wishes are kept by default only for 24 hours. Personal data from cookies will be retained for the duration of the cookie or till you delete the cookie. If you have reason to believe that any personal data that we have about you is incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to ask to see your personal data, to correct it, to request to be deleted, to request restriction of processing or to object to the processing.
